Returns, Exchanges or Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Unbranded. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We understand how frustrating it is to buy a product and receive it in less than expected state. If you find that you have a malfunctioning product or discover a manufacturer's defect while using our product we are here to help you. We want to make this process as painless as possible but please remember, we didn't intend to send you a defective product. Let us know asap and we will help as best as we can.
You have (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please make sure your items meets the minimum requirements to avoid delays in processing:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
We stand by the quality of our products and should you receive a malfunctioning and/or defective device here's what you can expect:
- Take a short quick video explaining the defect or malfunction you are experiencing.
- Send your video to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your contact information so we can get back to you.
- We will validate your claim and contact you as soon as possible.
- If we are unable to resolve your issues and your product is within the the parameters of our Limited Warranty we will process the exchange for a similar product.
- Simply send back the malfunctioning product and upon receipt we will immediately ship out your new product.
If you are requesting for a refund rather than to exchange here's what you can expect:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your method of payment.
- You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies
