What are Unbranded products?
Simply put, Unbranded products are great quality products that isn't a specific brand or model but is made available to you at 50-70% off the usual price. Check out our About Us page to learn more!
What if my Unbranded product is malfunctioning or defective?
Send us a video over our Facebook Business Page and state the issue. We’ll verify from our end. Once verified, we will check if the product is still under warranty and process your claim.
Will you ship the product to me after I purchase?
We can generally ship, at your cost, to locations within NCR. For orders, outside of Metro Manila, the buyer will shoulder the additional cost for having the product shipped to its location.
How long is the warranty for my Unbranded Product?
Unbranded offers limited warranties on all products. Each product offers it's own warranty. Typically our products offer a 30-day Limited Warranty. Check the product page on the website for more information about each product we offer.
